Unidentified cops raid professor’s house

GK NEWS NETWORK

Srinagar, Feb 19: In yet another case of police hooliganism, unidentified policemen raided the house of a retired Professor in Lal Bazar on Tuesday.
A police party raided the house of Prof Sultan-ul-Haq, but the motive of the raid couldn’t be known.
The Superintendent of Police Hazratbal, Javid Kaul, accepted that a police party had raided the house.
“The police party did not inform the police station concerned. We have started investigation into the matter on the complaint of the Professor. He suspects one of his relatives behind the raid. We can reach any conclusion after investigation is complete,” the SP said.
