6 members of family hurt in blast

Jammu, Dec 18: Six members of a family were injured, when a gas cylinder exploded in a house in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir today, police officials said.
 A LPG cylinder caught fire and exploded, when food was being cooked at the house of Krishen Lal at Khori Saroor village in Kishtwar district, they said.
 In the explosion and subsequent fire, six members of the family - 55 year old Krishen Lal, wife Ram Kali (50), Shankuntala (28), Raj Kumar (30), Kuldeep Kumar (20) and Aayush (4) were injured and later hospitalised, they said.
 However, their condition is stated to out of danger, they said adding that fire was later extinguished.
