Talks must

Talks with Delhi are must. No doubt the rounds of dialogue held earlier yielded nothing, but this time the situation is different. The Indian authorities are willing to talk to the separatists. There is a hope this time. We should not give any chance to New Delhi to comment that Kashmiris refused to come on table.
