Not qualified

This refers to the news items regarding the CBI probe and the report filed in the J&K High Court. The story produced by the CBI is shameful. I believe the Majlis Mushawirat in Shopian should not have agreed to exhumation of the bodies. If reports in newspapers are to be believed, the doctors engaged by the CBI had been either involved in the criminal acts or are under-qualified for the job. Hence, we should not have expected any good work from the CBI.
