Release selection list of dental surgeons: Candidates

GK NEWS NETWORK

Srinagar: The aspirants for the posts of dental surgeons have accused the Public Service Commission of delaying the declaration of final selection list saying the dilly-dallying was done to ‘accommodate favourites.’
The aspirants told Greater Kashmir that the Commission interviewed them for 321 posts in November 2008. “The list was not made public due to the Court stay for some months. But the stay has been vacated and the government has asked the Commission to make the list public,” they said.
According to them, the Commission was allegedly delaying the declaration to accommodate some favourites. “We urged the Commission to make the list public, but they turned deaf ears to our repeated pleas,” they said.
When contacted the chairman Public Service Commission Srinagar, SL Bhat said the list would be declared in the last week of this month. He said due to some legal formalities, the list got delayed.
