'Quiet diplomacy won’t work'
Islamabad, Dec 22: The Pakistan foreign office has said that silent diplomacy between India and the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) will not be successful without sincerity.
Talking to a private TV channel here Tuesday, the spokesman to foreign office, Abdul Basit said that silent diplomacy between India and the APHC will not be successful without sincerity of India over resolution of Kashmir dispute.
