War’s brother seeks passport
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, Dec 24: Even as Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah made it clear in September that no person would be denied passport even if his relatives were related to militancy, Ajaz Ahmad War of Maisuma has been denied the document allegedly for being the brother of a separatist.
Ajaz is the younger brother of Hilal War, Chairman of Peoples Political Party. Ajaz applied for passport in 2008, but has been denied security clearance by the CID.
Inspector General CID, K Rajendra said, “If anybody has any issue regarding passport he can come to my office.”
