Double standards

This refers to the news in Greater Kashmir regarding the Koklata mobile scam. If there is no security threat in Kolkata and illegal SIM cards are being sold openly, then why is the Home Ministry specifically targeting Jammu and Kashmir? This is a clear case of double-standards being pursued by New Delhi. There seems to be more to the ban than meets the eye. New Delhi is taking revenge of the 20 years of freedom struggle going on in Kashmir. Such moves are nothing but just aimed at harassing Kashmiris in the name of security reasons. The Kolkata mobile scam makes that amply clear.
