Court fixes date for arguments

Jammu Dec 26: A court on Saturday directed prosecution to argue on the bail plea of Choudhary brothers on December 29.
 Principal Sessions Judge Jammu B L Bhat today directed prosecution to argue on the bail application in a much publicized murder case of Amandeep Singh which took place on August 29, 2009 in which three police officers, two FSL officials and three Choudhary brothers are allegedly involved in fudging of evidence and whereas Jatinder Singh alias Raja and Royal Singh involved in section 302 murder. The Choudhary brothers Nagar Singh alias Nago, Jagar Singh and Rakesh Singh filed bail application for grant of bail in which Sr. Advocate MA Goni appeared and concluded his arguments on the bail application.
