Justice Masoodi takes oath
Jammu, Nov 13: Chief Justice, Barin Ghosh, on Friday administered oath of office to Justice Ghulam Hassnain Masoodi, recently elevated as Additional Judge of State High Court.
Earlier the Registrar General M K Hanjura, read out the warrant of elevation issued by the President of India and also read out Governor’s letter authorizing the Chief Justice to administer the oath.
The oath-taking ceremony was attended by Justice Nisar Ahmed Kakroo, Justice Virender Singh, Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain, Justice JP Singh, Justice Muhammad Yaqoob Mir, Justice Sunil Haali and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar, Advocate General, members of Bar association, Director General of Police, Kuldeep Khoda, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Law Secretary, Justice KK Gupta (rtd), Justice GD Sharma (rtd) Justice Bashir-ud-Din (rtd) and Judicial Officers of Subordinate Judiciary.
