Kashmiri translation of Qur’an on internet

GK NEWS NETWORK

Srinagar, Nov 20: A Saudi Arabia-based religious website, www.al-fajar.com, has put the Kashmiri translation and commentary of Qur’an on the internet.
The Kashmiri translation is authored by late Mufti Syed Ziaulhaq Bukhari, originally from North Kashmir’s Varmul district. He had migrated to Murree in Pakistan during 1947. The hard version of the translation has been published by Taj Company, Lahore.
The relatives of the late Maulana, who reside at Kreeri Varmul, are planning to import about 1000 copies of the translation so that the same are distributed to various libraries and seminaries free of cost for promotion of understanding of the word of Allah in our mother tongue.
