Nayeem Khan rejects quiet talks
GK NEWS NETWORK
Chadoora (Budgam), Nov 20: Provincial President of Hurriyat Conference (M), Nayeem Ahmad Khan, on Friday rejected the ‘quite diplomacy and talks’ saying the move was against the Hurriyat Constitution.
“People haven’t given mandate to anyone to hold talks for the resolution of Kashmir issue at their own level. It is against the Hurriyat Constitution and the freedom struggle,” Khan said while addressing a gathering here in central Kashmir after Friday prayers.
Without naming anyone, he said, “Anyone who has got tired should not create confusion in the minds of people. He should rather go and sit at home,” he said.
Khan reiterated that India should first make atmosphere conducive for talks. “Ground situation has to change before we enter into any such process. Holding talks for the sake of it won’t serve any purpose,” he added.
