Panchayat elections soon: Gul

Jammu, Nov 20: Advisor to the Chief Minister, Mubarak Gul today said the Government would soon conduct Panchayats and Local bodies’ elections.
 In a statement, he said the people should play pro-active role in monitoring the works, adding the participatory governance ushered by Panchayati Raj and urban local self governance would ensure better delivery of basic amenities to people.
 He said the Government has constituted a grievance cell for people to register their problems.
