Garbage heaps irk Abi Guzar

GK NEWS NETWORK

Srinagar, Nov 6: The residents of Abi Guzar have complained that heaps of garbage are often left unattended in the area and they provide a place for dogs to prowl.
The residents said the authorities don’t get the garbage cleaned on regular basis.
“For the past many weeks, garbage heaps keep mounting but aren’t cleaned on daily basis. This makes the entire area look filthy,” said a local adding that the dog population has grown in the area.
The residents have appealed the civic body officials to look into the matter.
