7 JUDGES TRANSFERRED

Jammu, Oct 7: The High Court on Wednesday issued transfer and positing of seven district & sessions judges.
 An order issued by registrar general of JK High Court, M K Hanjura, said Sodagar Singh Sarangal, principal district and sessions judge, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as principal district and sessions judge, Rajouri, vice Subash Chander Gupta.
 Bansi Lal Bhat special judge Anticorruption, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as district and sessions judge, Jammu, vice S S Sarangal.
 Janak Raj Kotwal, principal district & Sessions Judge Udhampur has been transferred and posted as special judge, Anticorruption, Jammu, vice B L Bhat.    
 Hari Om Singh, additional district judge (Bank cases), Jammu, and Rajesh Sekri, additional district and sessions judge, Islamabad shall swap their places of postings.
 Abdul Rashid Bhat-II, district and sessions judge has been transferred and posted as 3rd additional district and sessions judge, Srinagar, against the available vacancy and recalled the order of his transfer to Kargil.
 Ashok Kumar Sharma, district and sessions judge has been transferred and posted as principal district and sessions judge, Udhampur, vice J R Kotwal and recalled his order of transfer to Leh.
 Subash Chander Gupta, principal district and sessions, Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as principal district and sessions judge, Leh, with the direction that he shall look after administrative/ judicial work of the court of principal district and sessions judge, Kargil, for a period of one week in each month.
