Er Rashid calls for shutdown in Kupwara on Friday

Srinagar, Mar 31: Member Assembly Langate, engineer Rashid, who is representing the Kupwara Bachao Committee on Wednesday called for shutdown in Kuwpara on Friday.
A local Urdu news agency KNS said the strike has been called against the government for not bringing the bill, banning inter-district recruitment, in the assembly.
“Inter-district recruitment is a big threat to the youth of Kupwara but government is doing nothing to counter it. People shall observe complete shutdown to protest against it,” KNS quoted him as having said.
Urging people to fight discriminations against the district, he said the people were ready to fight against inter-district recruitments. He has appealed other organization for support to the campaign.
