Woman injured

Srinagar: A woman was critically injured when a bear attacked her in south Kashmir’s Islamabad district on Saturday.
A local news agency KNS said that Hajra wife of Abdul Majid Bhat of Srigufwara was working in fields when the bear pounced upon her.
However, she raised a hue and cry attracting the attention of locals who later rescued her. The bear was later chased into the forests.
