This refers to the situation arising out of the Government employees’ strike. The education, health and sanitation sectors have been badly affected. The employees should at least exempt the essential services and educational institutions from the strike keeping in view the suffering of the people, and future of the student community. The Government on other hand is deceiving people by providing wrong figures about employees; attendance. The offices are wearing a deserted look, belying the Government claims. The Jammu and Kashmir Government has miserably failed to solve the problem. The adamancy from both sides must go in the larger interest of the people.
