Talk to militants: Er. Rashid

Handwara, Apr 12: Asking the Government of India to hold talks with the United Jehad Council, Member of Legislative Assembly from Langate, Er. Rashid on Monday said that militant leadership held the key to peace.
 Addressing a gathering in Handwara town, Rashid said that talks for the resolution of Kashmir issue would be futile until Hizbul Muhajideen chief Syed Salluhudin was involved in parleys.
 Hailing Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for passing inter-district recruitment bill, he said that struggle for abolition of eight percent reservation for schedule castes in jobs would continue.
