Tota elected PL chairman

Srinagar: J&K Peoples’ League has elected advocate Bashir Ahmad Tota as its chairman in a meeting on Monday.
 “Tota will soon constitute the party’s central executive body,” PL spokesman said. The participants paid glowing tributes to Shaheed S Hamid on his 12th martyrdom anniversary being observed on April 18.
