1 dies, 5 hurt in mishaps

Srinagar: One person died while five others injured in various accidents across Kashmir on Wednesday.
 Police said Showkat Ahmad Mir son of Muhammad Ramzan of Rohama in North Kashmir died when a Tractor (DCHI-450), turned turtle.
 In other incidents, police said, Bashir Ahmad Chichi son of Ghulam Mohi-udDin of Fres Dub Khaitagun Varmul got injured when he fell from a bus (JK01F-2212), near Zig crossing Gulmarg.
 A pedestrian Sheshi Kant of Kandwali Mumbai was hit and injured by a scooter (JK01C-3375), near Taxi Stand Tangbagh Boulevard.
 A motorcyclist, Ghulam Mustafa, and his pillion, Sharefa, were injured when their bike collided with a Car (JK13A-1324) near Zabarwan Park at Boulevard Road here.
 Meanwhile, Salma daughter of Abdul Majeed of Gonipora Handwara, sustained burn injuries due to bursting of kerosene stove at her home, police said.
