KPSA offer to work in crisis

Srinagar, Apr 14: After providing paramedical services in the hospitals during employees’ strike, the Kashmir Paramedical Science Private Hospital and Nursing Home Association Wednesday expressed their willingness to work in close association with the public sector health care institutions as and when the need arises.
In a statement, the Association said that during strike it remained in touch with the government, in particular with the minister for medical education R S Chib to place their services at the disposal of the ministry.
“Realizing the difficulties faced by those admitted in in-patient departments of associated hospitals, ten beds in each of the nursing homes were placed at the disposal of the medical education ministry,” it said.
Association in its statement said that the minister RS Chib was appreciative in his meeting with the heads of private sector health institutions.
