Public service Govt’s priority: Khan

Srinagar, Apr 14: The Minister of State for Hajj and Auqaf and Animal Husbandry, Aijaz Ahmad Khan on Wednesday said that public service was priority of the government.
Khan was chairing an officers meeting of district Budgam to review the overall development including stock and supply position of essentials in the district.
 All the sectoral officers were present in the meeting.  District Development Commissioner, Budgam, Muhammad Rafi while giving details of the achievements said that 98 percent plan expenditure has been recorded in the district. He said Rs. 6.14 crore have been utilised under NREGA out of the total allocation of Rs. 6.26 crore and 26640 job cards were issued.
 Meanwhile the Advisor to Chief Minister, Mubarak Gul today paid extensive tour to his constituency Iddgah and took stock of the various developmental works and enquired about the problems faced by the people.
