Governor briefed on security situation

Jammu, Apr 17: Senior officers of Army’s Northern Command today briefed state Governor N N Vohra about the security situation prevailing in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Governor, who visited the Northern Command Headquarters at Udhampur, about 65-kms from here today, was briefed by the GOC-in-C Lt Gen B S Jaswal and other senior army officers on the security situation in the state, a defence spokesman of Northern Command, Col D K Kachari said.
