Dr Zargar new chief Proctor KU

Srinagar:  Dr Muhammad Afzal Zargar, presently Head Clinical Bio-Chemistry has been appointed as the Chief Proctor University of Kashmir.
 A seasoned academician, Dr Zargar has earlier represented University at various forums and has may research publications to his credit.
 He has been executive member of Kashmir University Teachers Association and has held the position of Secretary General in it as well.
 After taking charge as chief proctor, Dr Zargar said he would utilize his capabilities to help redress the student grievances and act as a bridge between them and the administration.
