Action difficult?
This refers to Farooq Abdullah’s statement “Action Against Troopers Difficult Due to AFSPA” (GK April 19). Being the patron of a ruling party in Jammu and Kashmir, the statement speaks volumes about the helplessness of the Government to punish the troopers who are involved in killing of civilians. This implies that because of AFSPA, they can see the killing of Kashmiris as mute spectators. God alone can save Kashmiris.
