Deputations meet CM

Jammu, Apr 21: Various deputations today met the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah and highlighted their demands.
A deputation of Fruit Growers, led by Shabir Ahmad, apprised the Chief Minister of issues pertaining to fruit industry. They suggested measures for the growth and development of industry in the State.
The deputation of Backward Class Union, led by Kali Das, apprised Omar about their demands and presented suggestions for the welfare of weaker sections of the society.
A deputation of Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development Association discussed matters pertaining to the Agro based economic activities.
Omar gave assured the visitors about sympathetic consideration to their demands.
