Horticulture centre inaugurated

Jammu, Apr 21: Minister of state for Haj, Auqaf and Fisheries Aijaz Ahmad Khan today inaugurate a Horticulture complex at village Thakerkote, about 20 kms from here. Addressing a public meeting, soon after the inauguration, Aijaz said that the Government was paying focused attention on boosting gainful activities in rural areas. He said that adequate infrastructure is being created to promote varied economic activities, including those associated with agriculture and its allied sectors. He called upon the local farmers to get maximum benefit of the facilities to be offered by the newly established horticulture development centre.
