Benefitting employees

This refers to various articles against the recent strike by employees in Jammu and Kashmir. Firstly, we need to understand what these employees demand and for whom. If an employee gets a salary of Rs.15000 per month, where does that go? He doesn’t keep it in his pocket, but uses it to fulfill the requirements of his family and children. As such it improves the economy of our people in general, and everybody took advantage of it directly or indirectly. Regarding arrears of Rs.4200 crores, the Government has resorted to a cheap propaganda against employees. No doubt employees will be benefited but have we ever thought that the same employee have to spend all the money in the market? We all in general should support the demands of employees as they are not going to benefit employees alone, but the entire state.
