Whose responsibility?
This refers to the recent statement by Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, that “Kashmiri blood is not cheap”. But the way innocent people are killed, it is obvious the blood of Kashmiris is very cheap. Armed forces can kill anyone. There is no one to punish the culprits involved in crimes
like the Shopian tragedy. So it is the Chief Minister’s responsibility to protect life in Kashmir.
