Stop using polythene!

As all of us know that polythene is dangerous not only for soil and water but it also deteriorates our environment badly. This in turn poses great threat to the life of humans, animals and plants alike. Ecologists and environmentalists have declared it as a poison for the soil and environment. Seminars, rallies, essay competitions etc. are being organized by different organizations against the use of polythene. But its use still continues everywhere at the same pace. Recently government imposed total ban on its sale and use. Yet, it is sold and used. Perhaps no one is sincere in curbing this menace.
We should wake up and stop using polythene. The ban on sale and use of polythene should be implemented in letter and spirit. Common people have to be made aware about the ill-effects of this menace.
