Kashmiris not safe even in houses: Malik
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, Apr 26: The chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front, Muhammad Yaseen Malik, on Monday said the murder of an innocent civilian Ghulam Muhammad Kalas of Keller had once again proved it beyond any doubt that a Kashmiri was not safe even in his own house in presence of troops who enjoy unlimited powers under draconian laws in vogue in the state.
Malik was addressing a condolence meeting at Keller where Kalas, the soul bread earner of his wife, seven daughters and two minor sons, was martyred by the troops. He called upon that people of area to take it as their religious and moral duty to look after the family of martyred.
Meanwhile, Malik has condemned the arrest of an innocent child and another person Mushtaq Ahmad Sheikh from Nowhatta here. He said, “Mushtaq is the soul bread earner of his large family.” He demanded immediate end to police ‘atrocities.’
