PHE labourers on strike

Bijbehara, Apr 26: The need based casual labourers of the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department are on hunger strike here for last six days, demanding that the list confirming their appointment be referred to Chief Engineers office. They allege that the officials of the division are delaying the list as they want to incorporate some blue eyed candidates in the list.
