Handwara, Apr 28: The police on Wednesday recorded statements of four more witnesses in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Handwara in connection with the killing of 70-year old beggar allegedly in a fake encounter by troopers a fortnight ago.
The police investigating the killing of Habibullah Khan of Devar Lolab recorded the statements of Roshan Khan, Haider Khan, Hussain Shah and Muhammad Akbar under section 164(A) CrPC.
