Justice Hakim Imtiyaz for speedy disposal of cases

Srinagar, Apr 29: The High Court judge, Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain on Thursday said “justice should be delivered in real sense” adding the cases shouldn’t be lingered.
 Cases should be solved expeditiously, he added.
 This way, the Justice said, people would have faith in the judiciary.
  Justice Imtiyaz Hussain was speaking at the inauguration of the Munsif Court Kangan, which was done by Forest Minister, Mian Altaf.
 The invitees including judges hailed Altaf for getting the funds allocated for the construction of the Court complex, a long pending demand of the locals.
 Mian Altaf praised the judiciary for having brought accountability in the system.
