40 posts for Trauma hospital Kangan
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar: The state cabinet, which met in Jammu on Monday, has sanctioned 40 posts for Trauma Hospital Kangan in district Ganderbal to make it fully functional.
Sources said the creation of posts in the hospital was raised by the Forest Minister and MLA Kangan, Mian Altaf Ahmad, in the meeting.
“It was due to the personal efforts of Altaf that the posts were sanctioned,” they added.
The building of the hospital was inaugurated by veteran Gujjar leader and father of Altaf, Mian Bashir Ahmad last year. The people of the area had been demanding that the hospital be made fully functional as it lacked the staff.
