JK Bank commissions ATM

Ganderbal, Apr 07: The J&K Bank commissioned an ATM at Police Training School Manigam, seven kilometres from here on Thursday.
The ATM was inaugurated by Inspector General of Police, Kashmir, Farooq Ahmad. The ATM will facilitate easy money transaction of the police personnel.
The ATM outside the training school is believed to help tourists en route Sonamarg-Baltal also.
The IGP appreciated the Bank for providing such facilities to the people. He thanked the Bank authorities for opening the ATM at the Police Training Centre where hundreds of police personnel are receiving training.
The ATM will also cater to areas Wussan, Arhama, Wayil, Manigam, Haripora and adjoining villages. Locals also hailed the Bank for opening the ATM.
“Earlier we had to go Beehama or Soura to avail the ATM facility but now we can enjoy the same facility here,” said Mukhtar Malik, a teacher.
