Utter failure

It is most unfortunate that Omar Abdullah has decided to bring more troops into Valley. This will only add fuel to the flame. Omar Abdullah has failed in his leadership. I believe he is CM not because he was voted to be so, but he is so because he inherited CM seat from his family. He has proved an utter failure.
