Mere rhetoric

I wonder why P Chidambaram often speaks rhetoric. It is unfortunate to see him saying that situation in Kashmir is worsening. But what is he doing in New Delhi to address the situation in Kashmir. Imagine this crisis had happened in any other part of India. New Delhi must stop looking at Kashmir from the security prism. Kashmir is a dispute and it needs to be addressed as per the aspirations of the people of Kashmir. New Delhi must do something to end the ongoing crisis. Or else, civilians will continue to fall to the bullets of police and paramilitary CRPF.
