Who cares?
Is anyone in the world listening to what is happening in Kashmir? Kashmir is bleeding and nobody is voicing concern. The government is acting as a mute spectator while India is busy pumping money and jobs into the state. Nobody is addressing the basic issue of civilian killings in Kashmir. The Organization of Islamic Countries, Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International must visit Kashmir to take stock of the situation.
