Unconditional Dialogue

This refers to PM's Independence Day speech in which he reiterated his Indian stand that dialogue process with Pakistan will prosper only if according to him Pakistan stops its territory to sponsor the so-called terrorism against India. This has always been a political tactic to halt any dialogue process with her neighbor. Kashmir too is going through a nightmare. To address the problem India should move ahead of the dialogue process with Pakistan. Irrespective of the conditional talks Kashmir dispute merits to be solved.
