HCBA miffed at atrocities

Srinagar, Aug 20: The High Court Bar Association has castigated the Government for giving unbridled powers to its troopers and police to use disproportionate force on unarmed protesters.  In a statement, the HCBA vice-president Ajaz Bedar condemned the indiscriminate firing on member of a family in Aanchar Soura. “This is a barbaric act to crush the resolve of people,” he said.
