IUST denies transport to us: Students

Srinagar, Aug 20: An examination notification issued by the Islamic University of Science and Technology, Awantipora Friday drew flak from the students after it categorically mentioned that no transport would be proved to students during the examination days.
 The examination are commencing from August 24. “Now that the university is not ready to postpone the examination, we are bound to appear. But the notification says students have to arrange their own transport. How is it possible for the students to reach IUST amid curfew and restrictions?” said a delegation of students. “All students don’t have a private transport. So it won’t be possible for a majority of students arrange the transport and appear in the exams.”
