Don’t be scared: JAH to minorities
Srinagar, Aug 23: The Jamiat-i-Ahlihadith J&K president, Moulana Showkat Ahmad Shah has assured the minorities of protection to their life, honour and property.
“The minorities need not to feel sacred or insecure as Islam has the distinction of providing same security and protection to the minorities as is available to the Muslims,” said Moulana Showkat while talking to a delegation of Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee led by K N Singh who met him.
Showkat, said, “The move seems to be part of a conspiracy to disturb the communal harmony and derail the ongoing movement.” He said Jamiat would work out a strategy to combat such nefarious moves in future.
