Fresh circular

This refers to the fresh circular of J&K Board of School Education wherein students of 10th, 11th and 12th have been given 50 percent relaxation in the final exams. In the new single paper system for 10th and 12th classes, Kashmir division students can attempt 100 percent weight-age in a paper even if the student has studied only 50 percent of the prescribed syllabus. This may be called a good move by the Board authorities must keep in mind the time that the students lost during curfews and strikes. And why did Board give up so early?
