Punish them

This is strange that Omar Abdullah took no time in ordering the suspension of staff at duty, but he had only verbal assurances to offer to those whose children were brutally gunned down by either CRPF or Kashmir Police. This is not only shameful but criminal on part of the government. When the guilty will be punished. I ask again. Or will they ever be? As innocents keep dying on the streets, this question will refuse to die.
