90% schools?

I want to ask the Minister for Education, Peerzada Muhammad Sayyed that where in the Valley are 90 percent schools functioning. It is ridiculous to say that students and teachers reach the schools during curfews. How is it possible? On one hand government is making statements about the future of students, but on the other, it wants to convey that all is well with the education system. Government must shun this hypocrisy and not make any further mockery of itself. Firing in the air won’t do. You must speak the truth.
