NC-Cong harassing Sikhs to divert attention:JKNPP
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, Aug 24: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) on Tuesday accused National Conference and Congress of hatching conspiracy to “harass members of the Sikh community” to divert attention from the present Kashmir unrest.
“They have nefarious design of inciting communal passions in whole country. All Kashmiris including separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani have assured Sikhs of full protection,” the Panthers Party MLA Syed Rafiq Shah told reporters here.
“They want to push Sikhs out of Valley to create confusion and divert attention from the real issue,” Shah said.
“Ahead of Barack Obama’s visit, we have apprehensions that members of a particular community or bigger personality would be killed to defame Kashmiris,” he added.
