The Governor of Jammu and Kashmir has taken a right decision by handing over his ‘critical care ambulance’ after a news report appeared in Greater Kashmir. Apart from this noble step, the Governor should also visit the families whose dear ones fell to the bullets of police and paramilitary forces. He should visit the hospitals to see the condition of the injured and visit those areas where troops have unleashed a reign of terror. The Governor has a moral and legal responsibility to portray clear picture of the ground situation in Kashmir to the Prime Minister and the MPs who seem to be misinformed about the prevailing situation in the Valley.
