40 injured in late evening clashes

Srinagar, Aug 26: At least 40 persons were injured in police and CRPF action in Soura on late Thursday evening.
Doctors at the SKIMS told Greater Kashmir that the institute received 38 persons with pellet injuries. “One of them Dar Khalid, 20, who had received multiple pellet injuries in abdomen and chest was operated upon. He is now stable,” doctors said.
Another injured person from Ram Bagh was admitted in the institute.
